Our Classes

Postnatal Class- 4 passes to be used within the 4 week term (7 week expiry from time of purchase). Clients must be 6 weeks post vaginal birth and 12 weeks post C section to join. These 45 minute classes focus on postnatal rehabilitation which includes core and pelvic floor strengthening/coordination exercises as well as full body strengthening and it builds progressively across the 4 week term. The course caters for all fitness levels so you do not need to have been a gym goer or have done strength training before. Each Mam is working at her own individual level. We welcome you bringing your baby along with you to the class.
