Postnatal Exercise Program

Our Postnatal classes are 45 minutes long and are specifically designed for Mams returning to exercise after having a baby. Mams must be 6 weeks post vaginal delivery and 12 weeks post C section, with medical clearance to join. The focus of these classes is postnatal rehabilitation including core and pelvic floor coordination and strengthening. Mams with postnatal complications will be supported in managing symptoms and rehabilitating these.  The class is baby-led so Mams can feed or tend to their babies at any time. Maebh ensures that there is a welcoming and supportive environment for all of the Mams and babies.

 

There is a maximum of 9 per class. â€‹

Llifting Weights

Women's Strength & Conditioning 

Our women's strength and conditioning classes involve resistance training where each client is working  within their own individual capabilities. These classes are pregnancy friendly and we welcome women of all ages and stages. We cater to all fitness levels and those new to lifting weights. These sessions are programmed to ensure mobility, flexibility and full body strengthening exercises are included in each session. The classes are a great way to build your confidence in weight training, which is essential for women to increase muscle mass and bone density as we age. â€‹
